Product warranty is one year from date of purchase. Product is warranted, when used under normal conditions and intended purposes, to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship. Copy of customer invoice may be requested to verify date of purchase.
Motive Products will either repair or replace defective product at its discretion. Motive Products will pay return shipping to customer upon completing repair.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by a RA# issued by Motive Products. Call (877) 592-7253 to have a RA# issued.
If a RA# is requested but it is determined that a replacement part or missing part can be sent to rectify the problem, Motive Products may send the part in lieu of issuing the RA and doing in-house repair.
