Motive Products 1-Year Limited Warranty Statement

Motive Products ("The Company") warrants to the original purchaser of its Brake Bleeders and Brake Bleeding Adapters ("The Product") that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product when used under normal conditions, and strictly adhering to the instructions and guidelines provided in the product manual. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to The Company, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent to the original product, or
3. Refund the original purchase price of the product.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped to the customer at The Company's expense.

This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by:

a. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. b. External causes, such as natural disasters, fire, theft, or loss. c. Use of the product other than for its intended purpose, as outlined in the product manual. d. Failure to follow the instructions and guidelines provided in the product manual. e. Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than an authorized representative of The Company.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to validate a warranty claim.

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by The Company, and no other warranties, either express or implied, are provided, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, The Company's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the product shall be limited to the amount paid for the product. In no event shall The Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
