An adapter seals your Power Bleeder tank to the brake fluid reservoir. Already own a Power Bleeder? Pick the adapter that matches your cap: use the year/make/model search or compare cap photos.
Take the cap off your master-cylinder reservoir and look at how it attaches. Threaded round caps are measured across the opening (for example 45 mm on most European cars). Twist-on caps are identified by the number of tabs or prongs (2-prong early Ford, 3-prong Ford and Asian imports, 3-tab late GM). Older dual-reservoir masters use a rectangular cover held by a bail wire. Match what you see to the adapter photos or the Application Guide.
Both fit the same Power Bleeder tank and hose. Black Label adapters are billet aluminum, built for shops and frequent use. Standard adapters are the better value for occasional home use.
If your cap isn't listed, a universal adapter clamps over the reservoir opening: the 1101 round universal fits openings from 1.5" to 2.90", the 1119 large round universal goes up to 4.5", and the 1115 covers large rectangular reservoirs.
Don't have a Power Bleeder yet? Every Motive brake bleeding kit includes the tank, pump, hose, and the adapter for your vehicle.
